Downstairs

​

• A short flight of steps from the parking area leads up to the front door.

• Entrance hall with stairs up to the main floor.

• Twin bedroom with extensive storage, window with lake view and door to terrace.

• Shower room with basin, toilet and bidet.

 
 

Upstairs
 

• Coming up the oval staircase, the master bedroom and bathroom is to your left and the lofty open-plan living area to your right. The bedroom has a king-size bed,  extensive storage and lake views.

• The seating area has two sofas (one a sofa-bed) and a chair, piano, TV/DVD player and ceramic stove and lake views in two directions.

• At the dining end, the round table with 6 chairs is next to the kitchen area (separated by a counter). This is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

• French windows lead to the dining terrace.

• The utility room with washing machine is next to the kitchen door – fresh herbs for your use grow outside.

• Bedding, towels and bathing towels supplied. Hairdryer.

• Full information about the local area, activities and walks.

 

 

The Outdoor Space
 

A meadow garden has benches and loungers – for sunbathing or a quiet drink. The roofed-over dining terrace has a barbecue and seating for six. The lower terrace has lounging chairs – a perfect spot to withdraw to.

Parking is below the cottage (1 space) - and the farm is all around you.
